A window on my house had an alignment pin break. This resulted in my not being able to open and close the window. Mr. Window replaced the alignment pin and instructed me on how to reinstall the window. There was no cost to me. Impressive!

I had Mr Window replace 8 windows in my home in Spring 2023. My Okna windows are wonderful! I had several installed that were noise reducing and the difference is amazing. During the recent deep freeze we were so much warmer than we had ever been with our old windows. Gone is the space heater and the layers of sweatshirts and sweatpants! I cannot feel a breeze nor can I feel the cold ( or heat!), radiating through the window panes. I am beyond thrilled with my new windows. In the summer our house maintained a cooler temperature without adjusting the A/C. The windows are easier to clean, beautiful to look at and easy to see through from inside. My neighbors have complimented me on how nice my windows look from the street. Joe was exceptionally easy to work with as I was quite particular and visited his shop numerous times to make my decision. I also asked a lot of questions, some I am sure more than once. I looked at 8 different window companies and I chose Mr. Window. His installers were top notch and cleaned up after their work. We all know the feeling of spending money and regretting it , especially after a sizable purchase - what a horrible feeling. I don’t have that feeling at all. Every day I look at my windows and say I am glad I spent the money!

We had Mr. Window replace our original windows in our 1980 home. They were reasonably priced and I appreciated the no pressure quote. We received quotes from other companies and went with Mr. Window due to raving reviews and the fair price. Once our windows came in, we were able to get scheduled immediately! We had 18 windows to be replaced and Austin and his team was able to complete the job in 2 days. I’m highly impressed with this smaller business that’s been in the area for many years. I would highly recommend them! We look forward to working with them on our front entry, garage and back door in the future.
I have used Mr Window on 3 occasions though over quite a few years span. This last time we had 6 replacement windows installed on our 2nd story. As expected the delivery time for the windows was very long but this was not something Mr Window could control. The installation crew was very polite and communicative. In particular they paid very good attention to the installation details such as assuring a good seal and look where the windows transitioned to the siding. Overall a good experience with both Joe (sales and estimates) and the installation crew.
We had 10 windows replaced on the upstairs of our house. These were complete Okna replacements, not inserts. We signed to contract in May 2021 and was told it would be 10-12 weeks. There were delays in the Okna arriving (which isn't any fault of Mr. Window). They were able to get the first four windows installed in late October, but weather prevent any more getting done. Two weeks later, they were able to get four more installed, but high winds prevented installing to two left in the attic. Finally they got the last two windows installed in the attic.The first issue we had was a leak around one window on the East side of the house. When I looked out side the window, I saw that the siding below the window was not seated properly. This allowed rain to be blown under the siding when the wind is out of the East. This leak found its way to the ceiling below the window.The seond issue, we now have water coming in from one of the attic windows. This has also dripped down to the first floor and shorted out a Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detectorRight now I will only rate them as three stars. This may go higher or lower, depending on how soon these leaks are fixed.Update 02/24/2022Mr. Window did someone out to fix the leaks. As of right now, everything looks good.

We installed 16 windows and a sliding patio door. The installation was done over two days as expected. Installers were professional and friendly. The installers arrived on the days they were scheduled around 9:30 AM. I thought they would try get an earlier start. But they this done in the two days they promised. They cleaned up the site and only few minor cosmetic issues in the drywall adjacent to the windows. Windows and door are very good quality and appear to performing well, so far. We can feel the difference in the sound transmission from the outside. And we can feel that the heat transmission is lower. No pressure, and Joe is very professional.
